well since the previous post, i believed much had happened
there are people leaving and people joining
but i just want to emphasize something important
-
the ensemble is not a place for you to come and go
-
as you like
-
make this clear that im not pin-pointing anyone
i just want to set things straight and enforce the attendance ruling
for every absence, there must be a very valid reason
there shall be no more letter-writing; only m.cs will be entertained
you miss 2 hours of practice, you make up 2 hours another day
if theres no choice, please talk to us about it
if not, you will be marked 0
regarding this, if you are not satisfied, please voice out
please do not hide and complain and utter among yourselves

to the sec ones, do be more serious about practice
and not complain so much about the instructor;
if not, why are you here?
if you have anything wrong please voice out
memorize is memorize. please be serious about this.

please do not feel offended
it's just that too many of you are kidding with the attendance
be it self-practice or da-ke or whatever, attendance is compulsory,
so long you are part of the ensemble
i only dont understand why people can sacrifice,
and some of you just don not wish to make time for us

practices will soon be coming to a temporary stop
as the SA period is approaching
do study hard. play hard. practise hard.
manage your time well.
after the sa, i promise all of you with fun
there should be camp and outings and more
